Rodney Kenner is the Founder and CEO of Creative Culture Consulting. He partners with founder-led businesses and executive teams as a hands-on operating executive — helping organizations scale with discipline, clarity, and confidence.
My Story
​Rodney brings a rare blend of operating, financial, and strategic experience, having worked alongside hundreds of business owners and executive teams across many industries with growth, acquisitions, and business transitions. He is known for serving as a hands-on operator — not just a consultant — embedding directly with leadership teams as a fractional CEO, COO, or CFO to help drive execution, build infrastructure, and unlock the next phase of growth.

Before launching Creative Culture Consulting, Rodney built and led a high-performance growth and coaching platform inside a large financial-services organization, where he helped founders scale operations, professionalize leadership teams, and execute complex growth strategies, including M&A. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting with McDonald's Franchisee owner /operators across the nation.

Rodney is a Scaling Up certified practitioner and works with a select group of clients each year in deep, high-trust partnerships. His work spans strategy, execution, organizational design, financial leadership, and transaction advisory.
